Tonight was the final BOE meeting for Betsy Chestnutt and Dr. Steven Hill - both announced their retirements earlier in the year. Ms. Chestnutt has served Pender County Schools for more than 30 yrs, Dr. Hill will leave after 5 yrs as Superintendent of PCS. #PCSPride

SAY CHEESE!! - 8th grade students in Mr. Throckmorton's math class at West Pender Middle used Cheez-Its to build their understanding of perfect squares, and square roots. Students also learned about, and built a model of perfect cubes using Hands2Mind manipulatives! #PCSPride
