We are excited to invite all families to our Transition Night on April 20th!

Our two sessions will be:

Session A - 4:00pm - 4:45pm
Session B - 4:45pm - 5:30pm

This special evening will begin with an introduction to an exciting change for our school as we become a Leader in Me School next year. Families will learn how this approach will help develop leadership, responsibility, and strong character in our students.

After the presentation, families will have the opportunity to:
• Visit the next grade level your child will be entering
• Meet teachers
• Learn about expectations for the upcoming school year
• Enjoy light snacks together

We hope you will join us for this important and engaging evening as we prepare for a successful year ahead!

Battle of the Grades: Attendance Challenge

Our school is kicking off an exciting Battle of the Grades attendance competition, starting next week! Each grade group—K–2, 3–5, and 6–8—will go head-to-head each week to see who can achieve the best attendance. The winning grade earns a Sir Stings-A-Lot star, and at the end of the month, the top grade in each bracket will celebrate with a fun ice cream party!

This competition is all about showing up and giving your best every day. Good attendance helps students stay on track with learning, build strong habits, and stay connected with friends and teachers. Every day counts—when you’re here, you’re learning, growing, and contributing to your grade’s success.

📚 Yearbooks are officially on sale now at Penderlea School!

The 2025-2026 hardcover yearbooks are available for $35, but supplies will be limited, so be sure to order early.

Orders must be placed by 04/06/2026.

The gym was buzzing today as we celebrated an incredible season for our Penderlea Hornets Boys Soccer Team! 🐝⚽ Students and staff came together for a pep rally honoring the team’s tournament Runner-Up finish, recognizing their hard work, determination, and the pride they brought to the Hornet community this season. The excitement didn’t stop there — we also introduced our 2026 Spring teams, welcoming our volleyball and baseball players as they get ready to start their seasons.
