During Tuesday's BOE meeting, CTE Dir Dominique Bates took time to celebrate Bevin Stokes for her dedication to the CTE program at Pender HS. Ms. Stokes has been key in the pre-apprenticeship program which is helping students earn while they learn #experiencetheexcellence
