Our 4th grade students had an incredible time last week visiting Moore’s Creek National Battlefield! 🇺🇸
Throughout the day, students rotated through hands-on colonial activities including candle making, writing with a quill, dressing like a colonial child, woodworking, and cloth dyeing. They truly stepped back in time and experienced history in action!
One of the highlights of the trip was watching a short Revolutionary War reenactment at the battlefield featuring muskets and cannons. It was an exciting and memorable way to bring their learning to life.
What a fun and educational day for our 4th graders! ✨

All donations are tax deductible! We kindly ask that all donations be delivered to the front office or pick up arrangements made with PTA no later than Tuesday, February 17th.

Snow days couldn’t stop the fun! ❄️🎉
We missed celebrating the 100th (and 101st!) day of school thanks to a snowstorm, so we made up for it today by celebrating both—double the fun, double the smiles! 💯➕1

Our 4th graders are putting science into action! 🌍
In science class, students have been learning how humans can protect themselves during earthquakes. This week, they took that knowledge and designed model structures built to withstand shaking. Through hands-on learning, they explored how smart design can minimize damage and keep people safe!

Kindergarten had a moo-velous time today! 🐄🦃 Thank you to Mr. Cooper from Flew the Coop Farms for bringing Max the cow and adorable baby turkeys for our students to meet and learn from. Experiences like these make learning come alive! 🌟
