Mrs. Allen's 2nd grade class read the geodes book called Cranberry Crop which had a recipe in the back for cranberry relish. After reading about how cranberries are harvested, they proved that cranberries really do float! They chopped apples (with plastic knives) and oranges and blended them with cranberries, honey and some juice and tasted some delicious cranberry relish along side fresh and dried cranberries. Yum!
