We're excited to have author, Jonathan Miller come visit us this week on Wednesday, December 4. Students watched an animated of one of his books on the student news today. Your child is also coming home with an order form today if you'd like to order one of his books. Jonathan will fill the orders on the day he visits. 📚

Mrs. Oberle and Mrs. Horne's 5th grade ELA classes had the opportunity to participate in their first comedy standup routine event! Students used riddles they created from their writing assessment for module 2. There are a lot of amazing comedians in 5th grade!





Mrs. Mitchell’s first grade class completed a “tree collage” inspired by Henri Matisse’s artwork “The Snail” from their Wit and Wisdom unit.

While reading a Thanksgiving story in Ms. Meadows class, the students placed corresponding food item in their baggies that represented parts of the story. 📚🦃

A HUGH thank you to our awesome cafeteria staff for providing two days this week where families were able to come in and eat a Thanksgiving lunch with their kids. We appreciate all of your hard work!


Mrs. Montaruli's Kindergarten class helped to save their turkey friends from being eaten for thanksgiving by disguising them as something else! Check out our awesome turkeys from Rainbow Fish to Taylor Swift and so many amazing disguises!
