PHS seniors enjoyed UNC-Pembroke last week during Braves preview day! These students have completed applications to UNCP and used this day to learn more before making final college decisions. Students heard from faculty and students about everything UNCP has to offer.
Pender High School and Juntos recently hosted Holly Liao, local business owner of Burgaw Alimente. Burgaw Alimente catered the event, and Holly discussed the critical details, including the passion it takes to run a business. Our team was grateful for the delicious food, information, and partnership with Burgaw Alimente.

Pender theater students got to experience the Broadway Show, Beetlejuice on Friday night! The show will inspire them and prepare them for their two Beetlejuice Jr. shows in May. Please come see the show!

CTE Teacher Mr. Thomas Herren calls this a defining moment in his teaching career, and Future Farmers of America President Jessica Williams shares how his passion has made a lasting impact on PHS students. 🌱
