
PECHS will host Parent Night for all students interested in applying as a Freshman or transfer student. There are 2 sessions - 11/6 at the CFCC Surf City Campus or 11/8 at PECHS from 6:00pm to 7:00pm #ExperienceTheExcellence


Mt. Calvary Center for Leadership is hosting a college fair on Nov. 4th. The event brings in area admissions representatives from multiple Colleges and Universities.
Assistance for students applying for financial aid and the FAFSA process will also be provided.

Shout out to our PHS theater students who participated in the Ghost Walk of Pender Past this past Saturday!  Around 400 people enjoyed hearing about Pender County ghost stories in the Burgaw Cemetery. Congratulations to Aiden Murray and Valery Trevino who competed in the 1A Mideast regional meeting this afternoon in Cary. 
Extra bit of congratulations to Valery, who finished 8th place today and will compete next Saturday at 1A state meet.

We were so so excited to see our 8th grade band students from Burgaw Middle and West Pender last Friday night!  They did a great job performing with the marching band - we are looking forward to having you here next year!

WEEKEND WARRIORS! This past weekend, PHS staff, students, and community members worked together to volunteer at various events across the county. Our ROTC Color Guard was on call in Topsail to present the colors at the Topsail Festival, while other ROTC members worked as volunteers for the Inaugural Burgaw Autumn Festival. In addition to this, there were over 100 staff, students, and family members working the bike route of the Ironman 70.3 race out of Wilmington.  Volunteers helped with course directions through the back roads of Currie, while others handed out Gatorade and water to bikers as they passed by.  Overall, over 130 volunteers worked together to give back to our community!  #PatriotPride #PenderStrong #GivingBack
