It's been a busy week here at PHS. Back to back wins by boys soccer and great showing by our cross country team, and to top it off, come out tomorrow "pinked out" to support your PATRIOTS.
It is Mental Health Awareness Week and here at PHS, Mrs. Hopkins is working with students to find alternative ways to deal with stress. Today she led a short session on relaxation and breathing techniques to help students let go and focus when dealing with such a busy schedule. She also encouraged the use of stress relief manipulatives to help your mind “let go” of all the worries and have some fun! To end the day, students and staff worked together to color a piece of artwork that will be featured in the PHS Student Services when completed.
