4th grade has been studying Native Americans of North Carolina in Social Studies. Owen asked to share his dad with his classmates so last Friday, the 4th grade teaching team of Mrs. Robinson, Mrs. Hulon and Ms. Courtney made it happen. The 4th grade students came to the library for a presentation on the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina given by Owen's dad! The students were so engaged with the artifacts and stories shared, they sat for an hour! Thank you to Owen's dad for sharing your time and stories with our 4th graders! Thank you to Mrs. Robinson, Mrs. Hulon and Ms. Courtney for putting this together for our students!
