Mr. Collins' classes recently undertook a fascinating project where partners designed and built a boat using only a single sheet of aluminum foil. The objective was to maximize its capacity to float pennies. Through rigorous testing, critiques, and redesigns, students honed their problem-solving methods and achieved remarkable results. This experience highlights the importance of collaboration and iterative design in engineering.

🌟 TMS students in grades 5 & 6 were spellbound by Ms. Donna Washington's storytelling magic! 🎉 Huge thanks to Ms. Washington for sharing her gift and to our grassroots grants for keeping the arts alive! @dlwstoryteller
