Teacher Appreciation Week is sailing on, and we’re feeling the love! A big thank you to our wonderful PTO and community for spoiling our staff with delicious breakfasts from Chick-fil-A and McDonald's over the last two days! We also enjoyed scrumptious muffins and coffee from Gluten Free by the Sea and Sheetz. A special shoutout to Brittany from Alpha Osteopractic for offering 15-minute therapy/ massage sessions to help our teachers unwind! The cruise theme has been perfect for our teachers this week as we also got beach towels, homemade soaps and laundry soap from Buff City Soap Company in Wilmington. THANK YOU for all the love!

What an incredible achievement for the Topsail Middle Science Olympiad Team at the State Tournament held at NC State University! Competing against 43 schools, including charter and magnet schools, our team made us proud by finishing in the top 10 in Optics and almost placing in Reach for the Stars! A heartfelt shout-out to all the parents and coaches who supported us on this journey!

The Egg drop was a huge success on Friday! We had over 130 participants and 3 devices that were able to protect the egg from an 80ft drop! Thanks to Pender County EMS and Mr. Hewitt our STEM teacher for helping making this a great experience for our students!
