Last Friday, several of our CTE and JROTC students had the unique opportunity to participate in the Be Pro Be Proud simulator trailer experience! Using virtual reality, students explored careers by stepping into the shoes of a lineman, trying out welding, truck driving, and much more. Special thanks to our upper-level JROTC students, who served as student ambassadors, assisting staff and peers in navigating the equipment. We appreciate everyone’s hard work and support in making this day a success!

Topsail High School Athletics Department is proud to announce the hiring of a new Assistant Wrestling Coach - Coach Steve Anceravage. Coach Anceravage was a State Runner-Up and State Champion at Bloomsburg High School in Bloomsburg, PA. Coach Anceravage went on to a stellar college wrestling career at Cornell University, going 119-28 overall. He was a 2X NCAA Division I All-American and a 4X NCAA National Qualifier. 💪 Student Spotlight: Tyshawn! 💪
Meet Tyshawn, an inspiring 11th grader at Topsail High School, recognized by Ms. Stephanie Hoffman for his incredible perseverance! Tyshawn is non-verbal, but he continually shows his knowledge, kindness, and determination. He’s always ready to help students and staff and is admired by so many in the school. Tyshawn’s hard work has led to amazing progress on his IEP goals, and he’s even begun to say a few words verbally.
His favorite food? Pizza! 🍕
