3D printing fun with Mrs. Luke’s 4th graders!

This week Ms. Miller’s Kindergartners dug into the book "Fabric Of The Andes". They extended this lesson beyond the book by tie-dying shirts!
They used this as a science lesson in chemical reactions! They incorporated art by learning about their colors and even touched on math through the idea that patterns can be created on t-shirts using folds and twists in the fabric. We love to connect what we read in texts to real life experiences! Added bonus: they’re going to wear their shirts for various special events throughout the school year!

Mrs. White’s 3rd graders love multiplication!!!
