
Our 2nd grade students were so excited to receive brand new books from Peggy Harris and our community members with the Give 5, Read 5 program. They started reading as soon as they got books and couldn't put them down. What a terrific reading initiative for our children! We thank our wonderful community!


Kindergarten spent the day at the Zingg Museum in Jacksonville exploring and building language skills during imaginative play.

These kindergarteners are on a mission to save the worms! To celebrate Earth Day, students got to adopt a pet worm that was rescued from being bait at Eastern Outfitters. They took them home to be released in their gardens.💙🪱🌍

Mrs. Luke's class hosted an Easter Egg Hunt for Mrs. Hulsey's class. Everyone had an EGGscellent time!

4th grade participating in a Socratic Seminar answering the question “How are Phoebe’s and Sal’s stories connected?" From their reading of Walk Two Moons by Sharon Creech.


3rd graders learned all about Alvin Ailey during their study of artists and the impacts of the artistic process. They worked to sequence the major events of his life and determined what he was influenced by and how he influenced others.




Ms. Carlisle is collecting bubble wrap envelopes like the ones shown. It helps keep the clay projects safe when the students bring them home. Thank you!

Kindergarten students are learning about the seven continents during Wit & Wisdom Core Knowledge module. Students flew to Europe to discover a castle and a dragon fountain in Barcelona, Spain.



The data managers across the district were recognized at tonight's board meeting for the many hours of hard work they put in transitioning to Infinite campus this year.
A special shout out to our very own Julie Martine. She is an integral part of our front office answering phones, welcoming visitors, handling attendance, and running all things Infinite Campus. She does well above her job description and always with a smile. We are so thankful for her.
