3rd and 4th grade Girls on the Run and Stride participants completed
their big 5K on Saturday! It was an awesome morning for a great race!
We even took some medals - Harper won 3rd overall female! Harper,
Addy, and Charlotte were 1st, 2nd, and 4th in their age group!



Girls on the Run completed their community impact project this week! They picked up all the pinecones, cleaned up trash, swept mulch, and brought in lost and found items. Now, we're even more ready for Field Day and Summer Splash! Way to go, girls!



It may have been rainy, but this class sure did shine! Ms. Clayton’s Kindergarteners didn’t let the storm stop their end of year fun. Families joined in celebrating all of their hard work & growth this year. We are so proud of our Osprey’s accomplishments! 🌦️🎓✨🤩



4th grade has spent several weeks researching, designing, writing scripts and coding spheres for a Battle of Moore's Creek project. Early in the preparation they were able to take a field trip to the National Park here in Pender County. Today one it the park rangers came to observe their projects. Ms.Miller's kinders did a "deep dive" on ocean animals. They enjoyed researching, writing about, and building models of their animal. Other TAES members got to check out their hard work this Friday. We'd say it went "swimmingly!" Check out the pictures to "sea" what they can do.

Kangaroos can jump 25ft! Can we?! Mrs. Ray's students had fun jumping while learning all about Kangaroos during their exploration of the Geodes text "Jack, Jill, and Joey."
