Greetings Seawolves!
The PECHS PTA has decided to move the previously scheduled winter dance from this Saturday, January 24th to Friday, February 13th; same time and same location. With the impending weather forecast of rain and freezing temperatures, we officially postponed the event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and if your child purchased a ticket but can no longer attend, he/she will need to see Ms. Grable or Nurse Avery to receive a refund.
Thank you!

Here is what a student has to say about the class they are most excited for 🏫🧪
What class are you most excited for?
Morgan: My favorite class has to be Chemistry. I've always been good with science, and I think learning about the elements is cool. I'm also excited for labs and working with elements hands-on!

🎒🗣️ Student voices took center stage Friday as our Superintendent Student Advisory Council, made up of student leaders from across Pender County Schools, came together to share what’s really happening in their schools, from safety and school climate to academics and overall wellbeing.
🏫 Topsail High School proudly hosted the meeting, giving students from across the district a chance to see how a larger high school operates and learn from one another’s experiences.
💡 In small groups, students tackled big topics like homework, schedules, career and college opportunities, staff recruitment, and mental health supports, turning their ideas into clear recommendations for the Board and helping shape the future of our schools.

A crime has occurred and our anatomy students are on the case! They used their new knowledge of anatomical terms and autopsy procedures to determine the cause of death for 5 banana victims. They have turned over their findings to the proper authorities and we thank them for their expertise and professionalism.
