Town of Burgaw hosts Breakfast with Santa with help from our PECHS volunteers. PECHS bringing the Christmas cheer!
The CFCC Burgaw Campus/PECHS building will be closed December 23 - January 1 for winter break. It will reopen on January 2 and CFCC and PECHS classes begin January 5. Have a happy and safe holiday!

Please consider donating unwrapped toys for Pender County children and/or gift cards ($15+) for Pender County teenagers to support families in need this Christmas. Up to 5 volunteer service hours can be earned for toys donated and 10 hours can be earned for gift cards. Thank you in advance for supporting Pender County families! Recipients have been pre approved and will receive items on December 13th at Blakes Chapel in Hampstead. The deadline to donate is by 12 pm this Friday, December 12th.
PECHS' wonderful PTA has a working QR code for dance tickets to be purchased. Tickets are $15 each and the dance is at the Burgaw Train Depot from 6:30-9 pm with the amazing Dane Britt!

Biology students learned "first hand" about the importance of thumbs! In our Evolution unit, they had to perform tasks with and without using their thumbs and why thumbs are an important adaptation for developing motor skills.
