Eagles of the week were recognized for bein an "upstander in school" which may have looked like someone who speaks up and acts when they see or hear that others are upset or having a tough time, offers a helping hand, does the right thing when others are not, gets a trusted adult for help when needed, etc. Keep SOARing Eagles!

After watching the caterpillars grow and then watching and waiting as they formed their chrysalis, Mrs. Boerigter's class was able to release three beautiful butterflies at recess on Thursday afternoon.

Last week, Ms. Stewart's third grade class got to enjoy the nice weather by having their Fundation's lesson outside on the brand new picnic tables! Third grade students are learning about R-Controlled Vowels! Thank you Mrs. West for writing the grant for these picnic tables for the Eagles to enjoy outside learning! #LearningIsBetterOutside

Drum roll ...... Eagles of the week for being "Respectful at Car Riders/On the Bus" last week. This may have looked like sitting quietly to be called, or a low voice on the bus, keeping hands/feet/objects to self, not leaving trash, not climbing or standing on the bus seats, etc. We just keep on SOARING! #LearningIsBetterWhenWeAreTogether
Let's give a big congratulations to our Pre-K Eaglets of the Week! These Eaglets have been working hard and SOARing in their classrooms! 💙💛
2nd and 3rd met our attendance goal of 95%. All other grade levels and staff also increased attendance last week! Ask the kiddos about our new "Spring into Great Attendance" challenge!
