Our Eagles of the Week for Ownership in the car line or bus line. Way to stay safe and to SOAR! Our SOARing staff this week are Mrs. Miles with 21st Century and Coach Randall, PE and Mrs. Simpson, Kindergarten. Keep SOARing!

Our SOARING STAFF of the week are Ms. Hansley, 1st grade IA and Ms. Szalkiewicz, Math Interventionist / MCE Title I coordinator and Teresa Soles, AIG. Way to SOAR and support our little Eagles!

What can we say, MCE LOVES sock day!

More red and white ... and a few staff shenanigans

3rd day of December dress up ... we see a lot of red and white and candy canes!

We love when our staff & their kids get to dress up together!

Today's December Dress Up was All About the Plaid!

First Day of December Dress Up was a success!! The Grinch showed up and passed out goodies! And the cafeteria gave everyone a cookie for National Cookie Day!!

Our Eagles of the Week who SOARED last week by taking ownership on the playground!

The Texas Roadhouse gift card fundraiser ends tomorrow, 12/4!! Texas Roadhouse staff will come to MCE tomorrow to collect all orders for processing so they have time to be returned before the break. Please make sure you return your packet with payments tomorrow. THANK YOU for supporting MCE!!! Our Eagle Families SOAR!

Living Rhythms' mother / son duo Dawanna Benjamin & Kaleel Benjamin visited Malpass today and lead 2 fun filled, educational shows for staff & students! Here's a sneak peak ... many more pictures coming tomorrow!!

Duck?! Rabbit?! Mrs. Casha has been trying to decide all day! Check out the book that has kept us all guessing today! (What do you think ... duck ... or rabbit?)

MCE Eagles loved CTE Spirit Week Dress up so we've decided to continue the fun in December! A fun way to count down the last 12 days before our Winter Break. The countdown starts next Tuesday!

Join us for our upcoming Instructional Framework Parent Meetings! 📚👨👩👧👦 Your input matters! 🗣️ Save the date and be part of shaping our students' future.🗓️

Due to the short week last week, Eagles of the Week and SOARing Staff of the Week will return on Monday, December 4th. For this week, the Eagles Nest has designated all parents as SOARING PARENTS for your hard work before our break last week and getting students back to school today. :) We need you parents! Monday, December 11 will be our next PTO meeting. We need parents and teachers working coming together to make the best nest for our Eagles. See you at 5:30 on 12/11 in the library!

We are looking forward to having our Eagles back in the nest tomorrow!

Families, the support you gave our Eagles this week with the CTE Spirit Week dress up and the Thanksgiving Lunch was AMAZING and we are naming all our families the "Soaring Parents of the Week" for SOARING above and beyond!

The Thanksgiving Lunch turn out was phenomenal! We appreciate the families who waited more than 30 minutes for their student to come to lunch because the cafeteria was so full!

Families- THANK YOU for coming out to our Thanksgiving Lunch! It was wonderful having our families at school! We wish we could have gotten pictures of everyone!
