Students, please check your emails and Google classroom for today's FLEX enrichment location.

257 to 235

ATTENTION Parents of HTHS Seniors! Please don't forget that a 2nd booster dose of the meningococcal conjugate vaccine is due for all 12th grade students. Students without the vaccine/proper documentation will be excluded from school starting on Wednesday, September 25th.

Attention parents/ guardians and students that ride the following buses:
1. Bus 283 students will be back on 283 this afternoon.
2. Bus 257 students will be riding bus 235. This bus could be up to an hour late.
3. Still working on locating a driver for bus 293. More than likely will be the first driver back from their original route. This could cause a lengthy delay in our students on 293 getting home.

Thank You!!!!!!

Pender County School Families,
Today a few school districts in North Carolina were affected by false reports of violence on their campuses. We have been in contact with local law enforcement and there is no credible threat to any of our schools. It appears to be part of a hoax known as “swatting.”
While Pender County Schools has not experienced this issue directly, we know the message is circulating on social media and that many of our families may be understandably concerned about school safety. Please know that our top priority is the safety and well-being of our students and staff. We take any and all reports of potential threats seriously, and we are making every effort to maintain an environment where students and staff feel safe.
We would like to continue to remind our students and school community, if you see something, “Say Something” using our reporting system located on the main webpage of every school as well as the Pender County Schools mobile app. Also always report, don’t repost. Sharing false information, making threats, and engaging in online harassment are serious offenses that can have severe consequences.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your individual school. Thank you for your attention to this important update.

We've got spirit, yes we do! We've got spirit, how about YOU? Interested in joining our HTHS Spirit Club? Check out the attached flyer, and reach out to Ms. Comer with any questions.

📢 Schools Open on Normal Schedule Wednesday, September 18! 📚

In need of a little sunshine? On 10/5 from 8am to 2pm, students will have another opportunity to paint parking spaces. Painting passes are $50. On 10/12, students can also dance the night away at our homecoming dance. Thanks to the Titan Leadership Committee for organizing fun opportunities to brighten our rainy days!

Due to the current weather conditions, Pender County Schools is moving to an early release schedule. Additionally, all after-school activities have been canceled.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please stay safe.

Bus 293 will be picked up by bus 252 tomorrow morning, Wednesday September 11. Bus 252 will be picking up bus 293 students approximately 45 minutes late.
Sorry for any inconvenience!!!

Part of living the Titan DREAM is arriving to class on time. Students who arrive to class late must check in at one of the upstairs/downstairs tardy tables. Students who are tardy due to a late school bus arrival will receive a different pass.
