As we approach the end of the semester, I want to provide you with important information regarding the upcoming final exams. To ensure that students are well-prepared and that the exam period runs smoothly, I have outlined some key guidelines below.
During the exam window (December 16-20), attendance is required to be taken. Although absences will be entered, exempt students or students will not lose "exemption" status due to absences during the exam window.
Exempt students’ absences will be unexcused until a note is provided and/or the exemption progress report is signed and returned.
Please know that we will have class and activities in the afternoon. If students are absent and/or leaving early and not attending class in the afternoon, please make sure you fill out and return the Early Release Form by December 6th.
Please see the exam schedule HERE.
Good Evening Titan Families,
This is Mr. Ohler with your weekly Heide Trask High School Update.
Progress reports will be released to students on Tuesday, November 26. If there are any questions or concerns about attendance or academic progress, please contact our Student Services Department or your student’s classroom teacher for assistance.
Seniors will take a Senior Class group photo on Tuesday, December 3rd at 12:00 Noon in the football stadium. This timing will allow both early departure and late arrival students to participate in this fun tradition. To go along with the 2025 yearbook theme of "Level Up", we will be taking this year's picture with an aerial drone! We are asking that Seniors wear a Trask blue t-shirt for the photo.
Senior families are also encouraged to order a Senior Ad for the 2025 yearbook. These special pages are included in the back of the yearbook so you can commemorate your graduate with childhood photos and a special message from your family. Visit jostensyearbooks.com today to start building your senior ad and to pre-order your yearbook! Information is also listed on our school's social media sites and on the 12th grade Google Classroom.
Please be reminded, there will be no school on Wednesday, November 27th, through Friday, November 29th, for Thanksgiving Holiday Break.
That’s all for now. Please enjoy the rest of your evening and stay connected to our school webpage and social media accounts for current updates and news concerning Titantown.
