Attention Student-Athletes,
In preparation for our upcoming football, softball and cheerleading sports seasons, we want to make you aware that our athletic forms documentation will go all digital through Big Teams Student Central. This is where you will upload physical forms and all necessary paperwork to compete in athletics. Every parent and student will need to create an account. All students that will be trying out for a sport will need to complete this process. These two documents, https://5il.co/2rroz or Spanish version https://5il.co/2rrp0, will help guide you through the process. We will have a parent meeting in early August to help support you in completing the documentation for Big Teams Student Central. Please reach out to Mr. Simmons at james_simmons@pender.k12.nc.us or Coach Bell at william_bell@pender.k12.nc.us if you have any questions.

First post of many about our Athletic Awards today. It was a great day to celebrate our student-athletes. It's a great day to be a Grizzly!

Happy Launch Day!!! It was a beautiful day for Mr. Odom's classes to launch the rockets they have been working on over the past couple of weeks. It looks like the students' hard work paid off. Let's go Grizzlies.

Good afternoon Grizzly family. It is that time of year, and we will begin the process of collecting Chromebooks and chargers after testing. Please make sure your student brings their chargers with them on Thursday, May 16th (6th and 7th grade) and Tuesday, May 21st (8th grade) to turn in with their Chromebooks. If a student does not return their charger, it is a $25 fee to replace the charger. Any students who need a Chromebook for remediation, teachers will have devices available for in class activities and test retakes.

Let's hear it for our 8th grade Students of the Month! Congrats to Abrianna, Daniel, Makayla and Sheyla.
