PENDER COUNTY, NC – Pender County Schools will hold a Special Board of Education Meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 11:00 am. The meeting will take place at the Dr. Katherine Herring Resource Center located at 798 US HWY 117 South, Burgaw, NC 28425.
The purpose of the meeting is to hold student appeal hearings. This meeting will be in a closed session as it involves confidential matters.
There will be no public comment during this Special Board of Education Meeting.
