As we celebrate School Board Appreciation Month, Pender County Schools is proud to recognize Tom Reeves, who represents District 5 on the Pender County Board of Education.
Mr. Reeves began his service in December 2024 following his election and brings extensive experience as a local business owner and community leader. For more than two decades, he has co-owned Ace Hardware locations, building strong relationships and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, problem-solving, and service.
His background in business and civic involvement supports a practical, thoughtful approach to governance as the Board works to meet the evolving needs of students and staff.
Superintendent Dr. Breedlove noted, “Mr. Reeves brings a strong work ethic and a solution-focused mindset to the Board. His business experience and commitment to the community are valuable assets to Pender County Schools.”
