At their third competition of the season at Green Level HS, the THS Winterguard had a 3rd place finish scoring 4 points higher than their previous competition. Their 4th competition will be this weekend at Middle Creek High School 👏👏👏

Congrats to these students who auditioned for the all-state band. They are among the best musicians in the state. A total of nine students represented PCS. Eight are from THS and 1 from TMS 🎶🎵🎼

Save the date; Monday, March 27th from 5:30 pm-7:45 pm! Cape Fear Community College will host a "College Night" at the Topsail High School Gymnasium. Faculty in different capacities will be present to answer all your questions! See you then!

Eight (the most we have ever had eligible) THS band students traveled to Winston-Salem, NC to audition for the 2023 All-State Honor Band Clinic taking place at UNCG. Mason Crawford is first chair bass clarinet and Dylan Richartz is 3rd alternate. Congrats!!

Topsail High School students stayed busy over Spring Break. The THS Science Olympiad Team placed 4th in the region and qualified for the State Tournament that will be held April 21-22. Check out these smiling faces of the students on the team! Congrats!!

The Topsail High School CGJROTC cadets had a full three-day visit with the United States Coast Guard units in Elizabeth City. The cadets toured the air station, aviation technical training center, performed community service and even took part in a 5K! #PCSPride https://youtu.be/YzT0KFRxRr4

Topsail High School has some exciting news! We will be adding a dance team and would love for any student that has dance experience to come out to the interest meeting! The meeting will take place Thursday, March 30th @ 4:30 pm in the Media Center. We hope to see you then!

Summer Guderian has advanced to the International competition that will be held in Orlando, FL in April. If you would like for your student to attend a Pender County School other than the one they are zoned for (aside from Pender Early College), you will need to submit a reassignment request. These corps are more advanced than most college ensembles and compete through July and August.

Noah Fell Ranshaw and Ryan Lechmsnick built a bench for our amazing CDC in their Carpentry 2 Class. These students built the bench under Mr. English's guidance and Mrs. Bailey's help with using the CNC machine to personalize the bench!

Congratulations to Ethan Blevins for his third place placement for wrestling at the NCHSAA State Tournament!
