2nd graders from Ms. Herring and Mrs. Houston's class enjoyed learning about turtles through their CSI Marine in house field trip. How neat to learn so much about the life and habitats around our coastal area.


Marine Quest visited 3rd grade to experiment with water salinity and explore creatures in the fouling community.

UNCW MarineQuest visited 3rd Grade today to give them some hands-on experience as they wrapped up their Wit & Wisdom module on sea life. Future marine biologists in the making???










Inclusive Schools Week takes time to recognize the importance of equity and access for all students by sharing tools and strategies to increase opportunities for students with disabilities and build knowledge of inclusive education.

Mrs. Schott’s 3rd graders invited Mrs. Bloodworth’s Kindergartners to their museum to view their didactic walls as a culminating activity for 3rd grade's Wit & Wisdom module on exploring the sea! Kindergartners got to learn fun facts about sea creatures!










Ms.Clayton's class had loads of fun constructing solid shapes with a square base during Eureka Math this week! They used problem solving, math vocabulary and teamwork! ❤️
