7th graders enjoying Cross Net during PE class today!

Our Book Fair has been a HUGE success so far, and still has 2 more days to go! It ends tomorrow afternoon. But, more than the money raised, which will fund an author visit in the spring, our Book Fair has been a success because of our people. Several teachers gave, literally, hundreds of dollars each so that their kids could buy books. The kids have taken care of each other, also. Dozens of students have helped each other out with extra change, buying a friend a book, and even putting something back to help another student get what they'd like. It has been amazing to watch. Sharks are generous and caring and take care of each other. Great job, Sharks!

Mrs. Schmitz’s class enjoyed using picture books to demonstrate their knowledge of story plot.
