Band students performed all around the school today, and they were AMAZING!
Amazing Food Trucks are completed in 8th Grade Business and Entrepreneurship. Students had to create a business plan on paper, a menu, and a model Food Truck for their final project. They did amazing!

33 students certified in the Everfi Venture Entreneurship modules. This module guides students through starting their own food truck business. This includes creating a balanced budget, making informed decisions, marketing, and case studies.
Our art students created some AMAZING holiday cards!! If you happen to be in our building, be sure and check them out.
Thank you so much to our amazing families and community for the holiday cheer they provided Sunday at Locals for our staff! As we end the semester and look forward to 2026, we are so thankful for you all and hope everyone has a wonderful break and holiday!

We had a wonderful visit with author Dusti Bowling yesterday! Group presentations, lunch with our Battle of the Books teams, book signings, and a workshop for our aspiring writers were all on the schedule for the day. Our students left inspired! Thanks so much to the NC Arts Council for making this event possible. Thanks also to our PTA moms who jump in to help anytime we need them. It was a great day!
