It's CDC day in North Carolina. A huge shout out to our middle school Career Development Coordinator, Mrs. Simmons. She has been hard at work getting the county-wide middle school career fair ready for our 8th-grade students. We are excited to attend this Friday and appreciate all of her hard work and dedication to our middle school students.

In honor of Veterans Day, we had several very special guests join us for Shark Talk interviews. Thanks so much to Sergeant Mark Sullivan, Master Gunnery Sergeant Tyler Hunsinger, Major Lee Boyce, and Commander Anthony Skrypek for answering our questions and, most importantly, serving our country!

7th grade Team B had a fantastic time on the field trip to New Bern today! The kids got to tour Tryon Palace and walk around neighborhoods to learn about the history of these homes. Such a fun day!
