Our third graders have been diving deep into their Wit & Wisdom “Sea” Module, and the learning has been ocean-sized! Students are finishing their final writing pieces—three thoughtful paragraphs with detailed illustrations explaining how and why scientists study sea creatures. Using a TEEEEC chart (Topic, Evidence, Elaboration, and Conclusion), they’ve explored amazing marine life like sharks and squids, and learned about real scientists such as Clyde Roper, who dedicate their work to studying the ocean’s mysteries.

In math, we’ve launched Module 2 of Eureka Math², where students are exploring place value and solving one-step word problems using all four operations. They’re mastering the READ–DRAW–WRITE process—breaking down problems, organizing their thinking, and clearly showing their work.

We’re so proud of our third-grade Rams for their curiosity, effort, and growth. They’re truly making waves in learning this year!
