Good Evening Penderlea Families.

Can you believe this is the last week of school?  We would like to say thank you for your support this year.  It has been greatly appreciated and we look forward to working together next school year.  Remember, students return on July 18th, 2022.  You can find the 22-23 calendar in the link below.      Penderlea School Year Calendar 22-23

  • Please remember that if you attend PACES, the last day for attendance is Thursday, May 19th.  Please make arrangements to pick up your student(s) from school at 2:50 pm on the last day of school (May 20th).

  • Our 5th and 8th grade students will take their Science EOG test on Tuesday, May 17th.  Some of our 3rd grade students will be taking the RtA reading test.  It is important that students get a good night sleep, eat breakfast, and arrive at school on time.  We want to wish our students good luck and do your best on the test!  Thank you to our parents who proctored during our EOG math and ELA tests!  We greatly appreciate your support in ensuring a great testing environment for our students.

  • Our Athletic Booster Club will be hosting an EOY Athletic Banquet for our athletes.  It will be May 16th at 6:00 in the school cafeteria.  Athletes and Coaches eat free.  Guests will be $6.00 per person. If you have any questions please reach out to the booster club.

  • Please remember that the last day of school, May 20th, is a full school day (7:20-2:50).

  • If you have not completed the bus ridership form, please do so ASAP.  Even if your student(s) do not ride the bus, we need ALL parents and guardians to CLICK HERE to take the Bus Ridership Survey for the 2022-2023 school year.   This information will help the Transportation Department over the summer as they develop routes for the next school year.

  • Our Kindergarten moving up ceremony has been scheduled for May 18th at 9:00 am and our 8th Grade ceremony will be May 19th at 9:00 am in the Penderlea Auditorium.    The doors will close at 8:55 am to prepare for the students to enter.  Seating is first come first serve basis.  As parking is limited, please carpool if possible.  No balloons or flowers will be allowed in the auditorium before or during the ceremony.  There will be an opportunity after the ceremony to take pictures.

  • 8th grade parents/guardians:  Tickets will not be given to students to take home.  A parent/guardian must pick up and sign for the tickets.  If tickets are lost or misplaced, no replacement tickets will be given.  The six (6) tickets per student can be picked up from the school on the following dates and times:
