We want to send a very special thank you to our 8th grade students, families, and 8th grade teachers. Saturday night was the 8th grade formal and the students had a great time! Thank you parents and staff for your hard work to make this happen. We appreciate your time and effort to make last night a success.
Teacher Appreciation Week begins tomorrow, Monday 5/2. Our PTO has scheduled some great things for our staff this week. Thank you PTO for your support of our “PUN”derful teachers!!!

We are entering our last week before EOG testing. Please stay focused, motivated, and communicate with your teachers. Thank you for ensuring that students are arriving at school on time and are in attendance.
Students in grades Kindergarten through Fifth grade will take an End of the Year mCLASS Assessment between May 3-10. This assessment is a universal screener that measures the development of reading skills.
Parents and Guardians, please consider serving as a proctor for EOG testing. If you are able to serve, please contact Dr. Jordan.
Our Volleyball and Baseball teams will play away Monday May 2nd at Topsail Middle and will play away Thursday May 5th at Surf City Middle. The games begin at 4:00 pm.
Our Athletic Booster Club will be hosting an EOY Athletic Banquet for our athletes. It will be May 16th at 6:00 in the school cafeteria. Athletes and Coaches eat free. Guests will be $6.00 per person. Please RSVP by May 9th. If you have any questions please reach out to the booster club.

If you have not completed the bus ridership form, please do so ASAP. Even if your student(s) do not ride the bus, we need ALL parents and guardians to CLICK HERE to take the Bus Ridership Survey for the 2022-2023 school year. This information will help the Transportation Department over the summer as they develop routes for the next school year.
The reassignment application closes tonight. If you need to complete the reassignment application for the 2022-2023 school year, please complete this application tonight. Remember, the reassignment application must be completed every year.
Save the date: Our Kindergarten moving up ceremony has been scheduled for May 18th at 9:00 am and our 8th grade moving up ceremony has been scheduled for May 19th at 9:00 am.
