Seventh graders at Penderlea are diving into exciting learning experiences across subjects! In Mr. Black’s Social Studies class, students have been exploring the impact of different cultures around the world. In a recent hands-on activity, students worked in stations with their groups to learn how the blending of cultures can positively shape society.
Over in Science, 7th grade students are starting an engaging new project on air masses and weather fronts. Using a student choice board, they can express their learning in a format that suits them best—whether it’s through posters, PowerPoint presentations, trading cards, or even news reports!
Meanwhile, in Mr. David’s Social Studies class, students are stepping back in time. They’re learning about feudal life, the royal court, and the Black Death, building a foundation before moving into the fascinating era of the Renaissance.
