Good evening Penderlea Families,
Here are some important information and updates for the week of May 5th through May 9th and beyond.
Teacher Appreciation Week is Here!
This week, we’re celebrating the heart of Penderlea — our incredible teachers! Their dedication, care, and hard work make a difference in our students’ lives every single day. I’m so thankful for the way they go above and beyond to help our Hornets grow, learn, and feel loved.
If you’d like to show your appreciation, check out our teachers’ favorite things here:
Also, to continue the fun- we have a Spirit Week celebrating out staff. See attached imagine for what each day will hold.
Let’s show them how much they mean to our school community!
Word of the Week
This week’s Word of the Week is Claim. Claim(noun)- a statement of something as true
Please re-enforce the use of this word at home.
