The Million Minutes Reading Challenge is heating up, and the charts for highest reading minutes in Pender County are in, Pender High is dominating the game! With books ranging from action-packed novels to comics, the challenge is inclusive for everyone. Even our staff is getting in on the action as they are battling out in their own competition to see who can log the most hours! Mr. Rawls, Mr. Smith, Ms. Harrell, Ms. Bell, Ms. Barnhill, BOTH Ms. Miller's and Mr. Paquette are battling it out to see who will win first place! But they had better watch out - the rest of the staff is not too far behind them!
As the competition kicks off its second round for the second semester, make sure you’re reading those books and logging your minutes.
