PECHS will host its Open House on Thursday, July 30. Please see the schedule below for details:

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Open House for Returning Students (Grades 10–13).
During this time, students and parents may:
Pick up schedules
Meet with instructors
Receive textbooks and school supply lists
Get bus transportation information


5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Orientation for All New Students and Parents
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Parents will attend an information session while students participate in group activities.

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Students will follow their class schedule in 15-minute rotations to visit classrooms and meet their teachers.

First day of High School Classes is Tuesday, August 4th!

PECHS teacher Ryan Bogenschutz (Mr Bogie) celebrated the Carolina Hurricanes Stanley Cup by hanging his last flag. Throughout the playoffs Mr Bogie has been hanging flags (16) in his classroom for each playoff win even coming in during the summer to not break superstition @canes

Come join us for a trip to Cliffs of the Neuse State Park on May 18th! We will be hiking, fishing, and identifying animal tracks. There isn't a better way to celebrate the last day of school than with a fishing trip! Please fill out and return the permission slip or email it to brett_walles@pender.k12.nc.us.
