Congratulations to our 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year, Mrs. April Kinlaw! Mrs. Kinlaw is a native of the Topsail area and has taught Kindergarten for 6 years and 5th grade for 10 years, all at North Topsail Elementary! We are thankful for her committment to our staff, students and their families!
