Eagle Families - the school year may have ended last week, but we're in the Eagle's Nest already setting up for next year! Here is our school supply list for 24-25 and the tools your little Eagle needs to be successful in school. (If you find good deals, please reply on our school FB page.)

Some staff leave the Eagle's Nest because they are moving on to adventures in other locations. We appreciate these SOARing Eagle staff for their hard work in the Eagle's Nest this year, and we wish them well in their new positions! They will be remembered!

Every year, the Eagles Nest sees changes. Students move out of the nest to middle school, new students come into the nest and alas, even SOARing Eagle staff leave the nest. We bid a big sappy-happy farewell to Mr. Larry Younginer and Ms. Candice Dunlap, who are retiring after wonderful years of service in the Eagles Nest. Ms. Ellington attended the retirement banquet when Mr. Larry & Ms. Dunlap were recognized for their service. Mr. Larry & Ms. Dunlap - enjoy your much deserved retirement! You will be missed, but you'll always be a Soaring Eagle!!

Rising WPMS 6th grade families - another opportunity for your rising 6th grader!

Rising 6th graders going to West Pender Middle: Here's your chance tomorrow afternoon to learn about WPMS. In person or by video- this is information you want to know!

Mrs. Ursula's 2nd grade class enjoyed a special visit with newly hatched chicks! The kids were excited to hold the chicks and learn about the incubation and hatching period from their classmate. Thanks for sharing G and his mom!

Students were ushered out of the 23-24 school year with a shark and an Eagle (the Eagle spotting is harder to see but she's there!). Staff and students were all smiles and some tears as we bit farewell to 23-24. Have a GREAT SUMMER!

The picture says it all!

5th grade moving up ceremony starting soon ... Eagles will be flying out of the nest soon ...

Our last Monday of the 23-24 school year and the last Eagle of the Week for SOARing behavior post. All our Eagles in the Nest are the BEST! Here are a few classes for today.

A 3rd grade Eagle's shirt sums up the Math and Reading EOGs this week .... the Eagles in the nest were "crushin' it"!! All that is left to crush is the 5th grade Science EOG next Tuesday. Thank you parents for "crushin'" your part by helping your Eagle be to school on time and having a good night's sleep.

Pictures from Mrs. Robinson's class from the 4th grade field trip a few weeks ago. (Oops! The pictures were lost in email ...)

Field Post Post 8: Seriously Eagle Families, next week is it for the school year. Our biggest tip is to give your Eagle a bucket and some water and have them run across the yard. :) #thesmilesontheirfacessaysitall

Field Fest Post 7: Our music Emcee Mrs. Barnes kept the jams going while the Eagles played! (She might be be hire during the summer LOL!) And check out those Eagles running with the buckets of water. I bet they could throw that water on a vehicle and help wash it in no time! (Kids love buckets of water!!!)

Field Fest Post 6: Have you noticed the teachers getting in on the game action too? Nothing like a Field Fest to bring out the kid (and competition), in us all!

Field Fest Post 5: Team works make the dream work ... when you're not laughing so hard your wheelbarrow loses its wheel! #OURFIELDFESTISTHEBEST
