In 1940, the Pittsburgh Pirates team changed its name to “Steelers” in tribute to Pittsburgh’s main industry at the time. Fast forward to 2025, and HTHS names one of the Pittsburgh Steelers' biggest fans as their 2024-2025 Teacher of the Year!  Congratulations to Mr. Zachary Rudisin on your most recent, and well deserved, accomplishment. Similar to steel's impact on a building, your teaching talents, photography gifts, and coaching skills all help provide a strong foundation for our students and staff here at HTHS.
