We’ve been informed by Four County Electric about a power outage currently affecting several schools in the Rocky Point area. The following schools are experiencing outages:
Rocky Point Elementary, Cape Fear Middle, Cape Fear Elementary, Pender Innovative Learning Academy, Heide Trask High.

Today, our students got to experience the "Reality of Money" event. Thanks to area State Employees Credit Union personnel, HTHS teachers,& PCS volunteers for organizing such an impactful program. Last week, we had so much fun with homecoming celebrations.
This week, student services will continue the fun by hosting Free Application Week for Seniors!
Students can come get help with their college applications, resume and/or essay!
For every submitted college application, students will receive a raffle ticket for a gift card (We have 20 to give!)
If you submit applications at home, just take a screenshot and show someone in student services for your raffle ticket!
There is a sign up form in the Senior Google Classroom and a list of all participating colleges!
Yesterday, we had over 20 attendees & 3 area high schools represented at our Paying For College Program. Without the support of our students, their families, educators, and community partners, this event would not have been as successful as it was. Thank you all! #OnePender
