We’re happy to inform you that all Pender County Schools will resume regular operations on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Pender County Schools Families,
We are pleased to announce that all Pender County Schools will operate on a normal schedule on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
After assessing the situation following recent weather conditions, we have determined that schools can safely resume regular operations.
Please ensure your children are prepared for a full day of school and reach out to your child’s school if you have any specific concerns or questions.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

Due to the widespread impact of the current weather conditions, all schools will be closed on Tuesday. We understand that many are dealing with the aftermath of the storm, and the safety of our community remains our top priority.
A decision regarding Wednesday will be made no later than 3pm Tuesday afternoon.

Encourage your child to get a good night's rest and eat a healthy breakfast. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.
