🏆📚 The championship trophy made its way to C.F. Pope Elementary today, and it was a good chance to celebrate what this school accomplished in the Road to the Championship: PCS March Reading Tournament 2026.
C.F. Pope earned this win. Students brought real energy to the tournament and made reading part of the school day in every way they could. That kind of excitement helped carry the Panthers all the way to the top. 💙🐾
For a school with the sixth smallest student population out of our 19 schools, this was HUGE - like a 15 seed knocking off a two!! Congrats to C.F. Pope Elementary and their community on a well-deserved championship. 🎉

BOOK FAIR IS HERE! Book Fair is open this week (Mon-Thur) during school hours (7:30-2:30). Book Fair will be open Thursday during Science Night from 5 until 7 for extra shopping hours! Please support our fair. The proceeds directly benefit the library and is used to purchase books, furniture, and other supplies/incentives!
Panther Families, End of Grade testing will be here in just 6 weeks. Here are the dates, please check appointments and other things to ensure that students in grades 3 through 5 will be present for their EOG testing on May 8, 12, 14, and 19th!
We cannot believe that End of Grade testing is only 6 weeks away, but it is! Which means we are in our planning stages and need volunteers to sign up to help Proctor tests.
