🌟 Student Spotlight 🌟
Cahari is a 1st grader at C.F. Pope Elementary, recognized for his leadership, kindness, and the way he treats his classmates.
Cahari sets a good example by following school and classroom expectations and being a friend to those around him. His teacher says he also has great manners. Whether he’s in the classroom or walking through the school, Cahari makes a point to say thank you when someone holds the door for him and shows respect to others. 😊
His everyday actions give his classmates a good example to follow and help create a kind and respectful classroom environment.
Outside of school, Cahari enjoys riding his mini bike and scooter 🛴, playing Roblox 🎮, and watching YouTube. His favorite foods are pizza 🍕 and chicken 🍗, and his favorite color is blue 💙.
One fun fact—Cahari is a big Hulk fan 💚! His grandma has a Hulk-themed car, and Cahari is already looking forward to the day he’s old enough to get his license and drive it himself. 🚗

🌉 STEAM Classroom Spotlight: Future Civil Engineers at Work! 🏗️
Mrs. Bryant’s STEAM students are putting their engineering skills to the test! Students are learning about civil engineers and exploring the Engineering Design Process through a hands-on bridge-building challenge.
Working in small groups, students were given limited materials and challenged to design and build a bridge. Through collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and perseverance, our young engineers had to plan their designs, test their ideas, and make adjustments along the way.
Experiences like these help our Panthers see how the skills they learn in the classroom connect to real-world careers and challenges. We love seeing our students think, design, build, and problem-solve together! 💡🐾

We’re spotlighting Ms. Billig’s 2nd Grade class as students build their phonics skills through our Fundations curriculum! 💙💛
Students were introduced to new glued sounds and put their learning into action by identifying and spelling the sounds, sharing and writing sentences using words with glued sounds, and finding them within a text. 🔤✏️📖
We love seeing our Panthers actively apply their phonics skills across reading, writing, and speaking! Keep up the great work, Ms. Billig’s class! 🐾
