Coach D's 7th grade ELA class spent some time sharpening their summarization skills by creating storyboards of two of O'Henry's famous short stories "After 20 Years" and "A Retrieved Reformation.
We would like to celebrate the best counselors in the business. Ms. Bowman and Ms. Miller are valuable to Cape Fear Middle School and definitely make this a great place to work and go to school. Thank you Ms. Bowman and Ms. Miller.

Great things are happening at Cape Fear Middle!!! We are updating our graphics around our school. We are not quite finished. The front doors, cafeteria windows and some lobby doors are getting a fresh look. A big shout out to our PTO in helping support these upgrades. If you want to help support our efforts, we are going to have a Color Run fundraiser in March. Feel free to reach out to our PTO or Mr. Simmons. More info to come.

Great night and crowd for our first home basketball games of the year. Both teams played hard and the girls team came away with a win. Our cheerleading team was outstanding as well. Go Grizzlies!

These students rehearsed for two consecutive days along with select middle school band students from other schools throughout Pender County. Their hard work was put on display during a public concert on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at the Topsail High School Auditorium at six o’clock p.m. Hundreds of family and members of the community were in attendance for their impressive performance.
