What an exciting day to be a CFE cub! 🐻 Our Stride and Girls on the Run teams worked so hard this season and it truly paid off! With their dedication and so much support from our CFE family…We won the trophy for the LARGEST team!!!🏆 it’s just amazing how much these programs have grown! 🤩

Mr. Morgan's 5th grade tutors had a breakfast and story-time with their kinder/first grade tutees as a final celebration to honor and remember their semester together and all the hard work and growth they accomplished. What a fun way to start the morning!

We celebrated our CFE Teacher of the year last night at the Train Depot in Burgaw along with other amazing PCS educators.
We have done a great job of collected library books this past week. However, we still have many that are missing. If your child has a library book at home please have them return it by tomorrow.
👏👏👏 Cape Fear Elementary kindergarten teacher Mandy Matthews was recently awarded the Roy. E Harkin Teacher Recognition Award from the UNCW Watson College of Education. The award recognizes a public school teacher who has contributed to the preparation of future teachers.
Congratulations to Amaya Lofton for being the top winner of our schoolwide Cookie Dough Sale Fundraiser. Other prize winners were, Alexander Savage, Benelli Harts, Zachari Walker, Gabriella Gold and Kenna Arnold. Thank you to all who helped make this school fundraiser a huge success!
