In social studies this week, first grade students explored mapping skills. Students used coding mice to practice cardinal directions (how will the mouse get to the cheese?).

Thank you for supporting our Spring Book Fair! The money raised helps purchase books for our library and STEM materials for our students.
Thank you to the amazing parent volunteers who ran our Spring Book Fair! They helped our Cubs pick out books, count money, and enjoy a love of reading. We could not have a Book Fair without all of you!
Tomorrow is the last day of our Spring Book Fair. Shopping hours are 10:00-12:00.
Some highlights of a great week at CFE!
Camp Invention is for students currently in grades K-5.
The flyer has two QR codes. "Register Now" is for families to register and pay for camp directly. "Scholarship Information" allows families to apply for a scholarship if: student attends a Title I school, student participates in 21st Century, and/or student is identified as AIG.
Scholarship applications are due by April 19th and recipients will be notified the week of April 22nd.
Mark your calendars! Arts Night will be April 17th from 5-7:30 pm.
