Due to flooding, Pender County Schools will be closed for students on 8/9. Penderlea and Pender Early College will continue virtual learning. Staff can report if safe; contact your supervisor if working virtually. All after-school activities are canceled. Stay safe! #OnePender

They got hands-on experience in dental labs, climbed aboard fire trucks, and even flew drones! 🦷🚒🛩️ From electrical work to nail tech, our students tried it all. They used high-tech equipment and learned from experts in fields like radiography, truck driving, and law enforcement. 👨‍🔧👮‍♀️🚛 The program wrapped up with a celebration where students showed off their new skills. Congrats to our West Pender stars for their hard work and newfound career inspiration! 🌟 #OnePender
