The soccer field has received a welcome upgrade with the addition of new benches, made possible through the generosity of two local families. The benches were donated by the families of WPMS soccer players Faith Moore and Jakobi Branch, who worked together to support the project.
The project was made even more special through the hands-on work of Elliott Moore, who built the benches himself. With monetary contributions from both families and Moore’s craftsmanship, the benches were constructed and installed for players to use during practices and games.
This thoughtful donation will provide a comfortable space for student-athletes for years to come and reflects the strong support that families continue to show for the school’s athletic programs. The contribution from the Moore and Branch families is a meaningful addition to the soccer field and a reminder of the positive impact community involvement can have on school athletics.
