LASTING IMPACT - Dr. Charles Aiken is in his last few days with Pender County Schools - his legacy will live on in the Pender Innovative Learning Academy. Superintendent Dr. Steven Hill called the creation of the school an achievement "most would hang their career on". Instead, Dr. Aiken will continue to be a champion of public education at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Thanks for all you've done and what you will continue to do for our students Dr. Aiken! https://youtu.be/tvrMBPRFW6w
